    Failure of airbag Fiat stilo

Hi guys, on my stilo 1.6 16v, year 2001, I have an annoying problem regarding the failure of the airbag. Documenting the net I've discovered, and after some testing found that it is the sensor called OCS if I'm not mistaken place under the lining of the passenger seat. The options that I know of to fix this problem are two, or replace the sensor (expensive solution) or in the market there are emulators that put in the place of the sensor send a signal to the controller, "see" the weight of the passenger by eliminating the failure. My question is: ? can from the control unit to exclude that the sensor and reset the airbag system?

you can make or upload a dump of an ecu without the sensor, passenger air bag, or work on your file, it's up to you
while the others are still talking about us, we have already solved the problem

you have to read the e2p in the ecu, the air bag that should be a 95080 brand st if I remember correctly, this operation can be performed with station hot air welder pond and a programmer type willem gq4x upa xprog and so forth, but help

Thank you you were very clear. Not having a programmer ? can intervene via obd?

or put a resistance of 2.2 ohms on the wire of the sensor and should see you at the seat always occupied the unit, the only problem you will open? the passenger airbag in the event of an accident even if there is no one sat on it.

Should be good for the 99%, otherwise if you want to go sure, you can measure the resistance on a seat working with a tester, maybe one of the other side, and we see that being accurate.

From tests carried out in the presence sensor passenger side can not be excluded with the resistance, from airbag control unit with a program dedicated to the exclusion ? possible, as well as the installation of an emulator available in the network from me already? tested with favorable outcome.
